Here are pics taken of wolves in YNP over the last few years. Most in the Lamar Valley, a couple in the Gibbon Meadows and a few around Tower....I think. It's really hard and dificult to get very close to them. Part of the gallery could be called "Sex in the Snow" It happened the day after Valentines Day. Are we following their traits or is it vice versa? Wonder of wonders, I got close enough to them for some closer shots. Unfortunately a bull elk had to die in order for this closeness to occur, but that's Mother Nature in Action. The rest of the food chain had a feast, birds included.
